    The City of Richland will close its offices and facilities, including City Hall, the community center, landfill and library on Monday, July 4 in celebration of Independence Day. Solid Waste crews will collect garbage on the regular schedule, with no interruption. The Horn Rapids Landfill and the Richland Community Center will both be open Saturday and Sunday, July 2nd and 3rd as normal. All emergency services will be available.
