All City of Richland facilities will be closed on Saturday, July 4, 2026, in observance of Independence Day. This includes Richland City Hall, the Richland Public Library, Richland Community Center, and the Horn Rapids Landfill.
Emergency services will operate as normal.
The Richland Public Library and Richland Community Center will open normal business hours on Sunday, July 5, 2026.
All other City facilities will reopen during normal business hours on Monday, July 6, 2026.
