Park Concessionaire Program
Now accepting concessionaire applications for the 2026 season!
The City of Richland operates a high-quality and well-used park system. Richland residents and visitors frequent Richland parks for various recreational activities and may enjoy the presence of food, beverage and/or recreation concessionaires to enhance their experiences. The City of Richland is seeking a variety of food, beverage and outdoor recreation concessionaires to vend in our various parks April 1 - October 31, 2026. If you haven't already reviewed the 2026 Concessionaire Program Overview, please take time to do so prior to submitting your application.
- Applications received by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2026, will receive priority consideration.
- Applications will be accepted through 5:00 p.m., Thursday, March 19, 2026.
Thank you for your interest in vending in Richland City Parks. We are now accepting concessionaire applications. The selection process is competitive, and applicants will be evaluated on:
- Type of service(s) offered and whether it is complimentary to the location requested.
- Availability.
- Feedback from references provided.
- Bid Proposal - Minimum Monthly Bid Rates for the 2026 season:
- Food Trucks/Trailers/Stands................... $200.00
- Pushcart Vendor [handcart]................... $100.00
- Concession Buildings:
- Horn Rapids Athletic Complex..............$300.00
- Columbia Playfields...................................$1,000.00
- Howard Amon Concession Building...$1,000.00
