Park Partnership Program
The Richland Parks and Recreation Commission will be distributing up to $40,000 this year from the Park Reserve Fund in the form of grants. These matching grant funds are available for eligible applicants interested in making improvements to City parks, trails, open space or recreational facilities.
The goal of the program is to:
- Improve or increase park and recreational opportunities for the general public.
- Encourage private investment and participation in developing City park and recreational amenities.
- Enhance the quality of life in Richland.
NOTICE: This year there will be a second application period in the fall. Moving forward this grant window will be in the fall. This year (2026) will be the only year where we will have two separate application periods.
