2025 Indoor Rental Application

Insurance Requirements: Insurance is required for kitchen rentals and rentals with alcohol or vendors. General Liability Insurance (Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) and Endorsement page (CG 2026 or something similar) naming the City of Richland (625 Swift Blvd, Richland, WA 99352) as an additional insured, written with limits no less than $2,000,000 for each occurrence, $2,000,000 general aggregate.

Riverview Room(Floor Plan)
The Riverview Room is  approximately 3,700 square feet in size and has the capacity to comfortably hold 250 people (standing-room only) and 200 people (seated at tables). It is the largest room in the center with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing  spectacular views of Howard Amon Park and the Columbia River. It features gorgeous hardwood flooring and has 2 handwashing sinks. The room may be divided in half for smaller events.

Games Room(Floor Plan)
Games Room is approximately 1,000 square feet with a capacity of 50 people (standing-room only) and 40 people (seated at tables). This room is primarily used for card games, board games, and educational programs, as well as to provide meeting space for community groups. 

Arts and Crafts Room(Floor Plan)
The Arts and Crafts Room is approximately 750 square feet with a concrete floor. This room comfortably holds  35 people (standing-room only) and 30 people (seated at tables). This room is primarily  used for arts and crafts activities and educational classes scheduled by the Parks and Recreation Department, but is available for rentals.  It is equipped with a hand-washing sink and ample countertop-space. 

Activity Room(Floor Plan)
The Activity Room is approximately 900 square feet, and comfortably holds 50 people (standing-room only) and 40 people (seated at tables). It features a hand-washing sink and countertop space, hardwood floors,  and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing  a beautiful view of the Howard Amon Park and the Columbia River.

Meeting Room(Floor Plan) 
The Meeting Room is approximately 875 square feet  and comfortably holds 40 people seated at tables. It is a carpeted, multi-purpose room featuring a retractable projection screen, and hand-washing sink with counter space. The space is often  used for meetings, lectures, and small group recreational activities

Kitchen
The Kitchen is available for community events and limited private rentals. Senior Meals on Wheels program will use/share kitchen space from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The kitchen is adjacent to the Riverview Room (north).

Lounge
The Lounge is open during the Center's normal operational hours to sit and visit, have lunch or a snack, read and relax.  This space is not reserve-able and is available on a first come, first serve basis.  Periodically, it is used for Parks and Recreation special events and programming. 

Fitness Room
The Fitness Room is approximately 1,100 square feet and hosts a modest workout space with a variety of cardio and strength training equipment.  This area is not reserve-able.  Daily and monthly rates apply.

Billiards Room
The Billiards Room is approximately 600 square feet and features two classic 9" pool  tables. Players may bring their own cues or borrow some at no charge from the Center.  This area is not reserve-able.  Daily and monthly rates apply.
