Facilities Maintenance
The City of Richland’s Facilities Maintenance Division ensures our public buildings are safe, clean, and well-maintained so they can best serve the community. Our team oversees routine upkeep, repairs, and improvements for a wide range of City-owned facilities—from offices and community centers to fire stations and recreational amenities.
What We Do

Perform preventative maintenance to extend the life of City facilities and equipment
