HAPO Community Stage
The HAPO Community Stage is the City's vision for an outdoor performance venue to host local performing arts groups, the extremely popular Live @ 5 summer concert series, movies in the park, as well as diverse performance acts, spanning all genres, from around the world.
This outdoor stage and amphitheater offers the following:
- 2,350 square feet of performance space
- State-of-the- art sound and lighting equipment
- Backstage facilities for performers
- An acoustical shell and bowl-shaped seating
- Pads for food and beverage vendors
- Accommodation of up to 2,000 people in the interior section of the facility as well as 1,000 more around the perimeter
- Ample parking within one City block
- Features new and well-maintained restroom facilities in John Dam Plaza
- On site food vendors, including food establishments located within one city block
- Two large hotels adjacent to the stage with more than 600 rooms
- Located one block from the beautiful Columbia River, Howard Amon Park and the very popular Riverfront Trail
The HAPO Community Stage is available to rent for public and/or private events!
